All subscription fees and charges for Offerbolt services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly and annual subscription fees
Communication surcharges (e.g., SMS, email services)
Add-on service fees
Usage-based fees
Prepaid services
We do not provide refunds for unused or partially used subscription periods, even if you cancel during an active billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your services until the end of the paid period.
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same service, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment upon verification.
System Errors: In the unlikely event that a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the services you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
All requests for refunds under these exceptions must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
The only way to cancel your Offerbolt subscription is through your account dashboard. For instructions on how to cancel, please visit our help article. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellations cannot be processed through email or customer support requests.
Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel annual subscriptions at any time through the dashboard. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the subscription period, and you will retain access to your services until the end of the paid year.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy, please follow these steps:

Reason for the refund request
Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID, receipt)
Date of the transaction
Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision via email.
Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
We do not issue refunds in the following situations:
User Errors: Mistaken purchases or changes to your account made by you or a third party.
Change of Mind: Decisions to discontinue use of the services for reasons such as no longer needing them or finding an alternative solution.
Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated due to a violation of Offerbolt’s Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
If a free trial is offered, you will have access to the service for the specified trial period without charge. Once the trial period ends, you will be billed automatically for the subsequent subscription period unless you cancel via the dashboard before the trial ends. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period due to failure to cancel on time.
